KMS Throttle bodies and accessories
KMS also offers its customers an extensive range of intake systems in order to be able to provide a complete solution to customers at a constant high quality. We can cater to almost all customer demands by the means of a wide variety of throttle bodies and accessories. More information can be found on this page or in our catalogue.
Twin bodies
The Twinbody is a direct replacement for the Weber DCOE Carburetor. It is the most costeffective and straightforward solution for upgrading your standard production engine.
- Basic, 4cylinder and 6 cylinder line sets can be supplied
- Straight or tapered bores
- Can be completed with airhorns, fuel rails and throttle linkages
- Available in the following sizes: Straight: Ø40, Ø42, Ø45, Ø48, Ø50 and Ø52 mm
Tapered: Ø40-Ø42, Ø42-Ø45, Ø45-Ø48, Ø48-Ø50, Ø50-Ø52 mm

Single bodies
The Singlebody is the best solution for tuning an engine without compromises. The Singlebody can be configured with a wide range of levers, fuel rails and airhorns. Every throttle body has its own idle bypass and control for accurate adjustments.
- Basic, 4 and 6 cylinder line sets, 6 and 8 cylinder V-shape sets can be supplied
- Straight or tapered bores
- With or without injector holes (all single bodies without injector holes are pre-drilled)
- Available in the following sizes: Straight: Ø40, Ø42, Ø45, Ø48, Ø50 and Ø52 mm
- There is also a singlebody available with hose fitting (diameter: 57mm and can be adjusted by customer)
Tapered: Ø40-Ø42, Ø42-Ø45, Ø45-Ø48, Ø48-Ø50, Ø50-Ø52 mm

NEW: Porsche throttle bodies
The Porsche set is a complete replacement set for the carburators on the porsche 2.0, 2.2 and 2.4 Litre engines. The set contains two fuel rails and comes with all the necessary levers. It has been designed to use the original throttle control and airbox which can be fitted straight onto the throttlebody set.
- Supplied including levers and fuelrails

NEW: IDF / IDA
The IDF and IDA throttlebody are direct replacements for the IDF and IDA Weber carburator. The difference between the IDF and IDA is the distance between the mounting bolts on the inlet manifold. The IDA throttlebody is therefore supplied with a longer lever.
- Basic and 4 cylinder line sets can be supplied. Other sets are available on request.
- Straight bores
- With or without injector holes (all IDF and IDA throttle bodies without injector holes are pre-drilled)
- Available in the following sizes: Straight: Ø40, Ø42, Ø45, Ø48 and Ø50 mm

Airhorns
The aluminium airhorns are designed for an optimal airflow. The flanges are made from billet aluminium and have a self-locking design. The airhorns are available in different lengths for all the available throttlebody diameters.
- Diameter: Ø40, Ø42, Ø45, Ø48, Ø50 and Ø52 mm
- Lengths: 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 mm

Mounting the single and twinbody’s on engines requires a manifold. KMS can provide customers with a custom made manifold to the customers’ requirements. We also have a wide range of manifolds in stock for the following engines:

Airbox
KMS has designed its own range of billet airboxes for mounting on KMS single bodies. These airboxes are custom made to suit customer requirements. Inside the airbox, different types of airhorns can be placed. in. On the top of the airbox, a second row of injectors can be placed for staged injection engines.
